Over fifteen years hands-on international experience with expertise in energy policy and program coordination in energy and environment sector; renewable energy; climate change; energy efficiency; external aid coordination, project management, monitoring and evaluation, policy research, & international development.  Having spent almost nine years in Canada (Toronto)  - he has developed solid understanding of inter cultural divide between India nd Canada. His children went to school in Toronto and now in India. 

He has worked with World Bank; South Asia on TA to Government of India on National Solar Mission; with GEF; UNDP and UNIDO on National Mission on Enhanced Energy Efficiency (NMEEE).

Has extensive experience and understanding of the South Asian, North American and European market.

He has hands-on professional experience in CSR Domain; technology transfer, stakeholder consultation and negotiation, capacity building and international development.

He has worked with international development on knowledge management; developing knowledge products and institutional mechanisms for implementation.
