As Founder President; he has ably provided leadership since inception (1993-2014).  With double doctorates; PhD (Chem. Tech) and PhD (Mechanical); along with his degree in Law – he was a seasoned industry professional with over forty-five years having worked in wide ranging industrial sectors; in research; teaching and management areas.  He has successfully demonstrated rich project management experience in chemical and allied industry. 

He was head of Bio-energy division at Non Conventional Energy Department of UP Government and had led research activities at Planning Research and Action Division (PRAD) of UP Government.  In these positions, he was a pioneer in the renewable energy sector and led and demonstrated the non-conventional energy programs of UP and implemented a large number of Central Govt. projects and programs focusing in bio-mass and bio-energy.

He provided dynamic leadership in areas such as environment management; pollution control; waste treatment; energy generation and CSR.  To his credit; he has patent for sustainable environmental organic waste treatment process, technology, and plant.
