Under this vertical, SD has, in the past carried out various community outreach programs that typically include capacity building and training to move beyond mere application of past learning to hands-on, experiential and demonstration based learning modules.  Such an approach has enabled participants to self- analyze gaps between the current and targeted skill levels.

Sharp Developments, through the International Centre for Innovation, Learning and Development (ICf ILD) provides support services to various international agencies - including government; non-government and corporate entities -  and Academia. Such services help bridge gaps in various stages of development through appropriately customized interventions in the shape of  capacity building; training; skill enhancement and change management aligned to the entity’s strategy .

The International Centre for Innovation, Learning and Development is actively involved in conducting; assisting in and organizing study tours; technical excursions; lectures and group discussions; conferences; symposia; seminars, training courses; personnel selection; training and placement; at local; regional or international levels.

The Centre specializes in identifying and building partnerships in the international arena with governments and other global agencies in a bid to reach out to a wider and more diverse community of people.
